Education & Workforce
The insurance industry is one of the largest employers in Ohio, employing more than 120,000 workers at 258 insurance companies across the state. A recent study forecasted that the Ohio-based insurance industry will need to fill approximately 29,000 jobs by 2024, just to maintain current staffing levels due to the retiring baby-boomer generation.
To help the industry fill these in-demand jobs, we assist in creating a talent pool of potential employees by providing resources and aiding educational institutions in establishing insurance programs.
We also partner with Ohio educators to provide insurance resources to help students understand the property and casualty insurance industry so they can make educated consumer decisions, as well as inform them of the many career opportunities available.
