COLUMBUS (March 17, 2017) The Ohio Insurance Institute (OII) announced the launch of its redesigned website. The site, ohioinsurance.org, includes enhanced features to improve communication and engagement with members, consumers, educators, journalists and regulators seeking information on Ohio’s property/casualty insurance industry.
OII’s new site features include:
- Weekly customized subscription feeds for both OII members and site visitors based on viewing preferences.
- A fully interactive experience with instant access to information on any mobile device, including smartphones, tablets and laptops.
- Improved site navigation leading to over 2,500 posts and pages.
- Scrolling functionality for quicker post searches, or selection by the month, year or topic of your choice.
- Faster loading times.
OII revamped its site to address the mobile viewing needs necessary to better communicate its mission and enhance user experience.
The Ohio Insurance Institute is a trade association representing insurance companies and agent groups for the property/casualty insurance industry. Its primary objective is to help Ohioans achieve a better understanding of insurance and safety issues. OII’s member companies represent over 87% of Ohio’s private passenger auto insurance market, nearly 83% of the homeowners market and over 44% of the commercial market (based on 2015 market share data from the Ohio Department of Insurance).
