OII Sound-Off Page

We’re being driven to distraction by a number of auto-related accessories. Based on tests conducted by the National Transportation Safety Administration, computer navigation systems could cause drivers to swerve 87% of the time. This is compared to the task of tuning a radio which caused 20% of the drivers to swerve. Cell phone usage resulted in swerving by 7% of the drivers tested.
