Two Ohio cities made Rochester, Wisconsin-based Runzheimer International’s list of low-cost places to own a car. Dayton ranked 7th lowest at an annual cost of $6,344, with Cincinnati coming in 10th at $6,392. The cheapest city was Sioux Falls, SD at $6,171 and LA came in at the most-expensive spot at $9,254.
