under the Influence—previously referred to as DUI/OMVI)
laws from January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2004: |

received on-the-spot administrative driver license suspensions
ranging from 90 days to five years |

Immobilization orders for 44,291
vehicles were issued by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV)
for periods ranging from 30 to 180 days |

Forfeiture orders for 2,132 vehicles
were received by the BMV |
