Motorcycle deaths continue to increase. More
bikers are on the road than ever before and many refuse to wear
helmets. The motorcycle death toll rose 12% in 2003, and has
soared 73% since 1997. Most states have a motorcycle helmet
law, although some, like Ohio, only require riders to wear helmets
if they are under 18. |
